Contact

A question about the enclosure? Write to us.

Email: contact@calnido.com — we answer within one working day.
Phone: +33 7 84 96 67 08, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Paris time.

Calnido is run from France and ships to Australia, so the time difference is real: an email sent in the Australian evening is usually answered while you sleep.

What we can answer well

What is in the box, the dimensions, what the factory has confirmed in writing, what your own council requires — and what we do not know yet.

What we will not do

Tell you the enclosure suits your garden when we have not seen it. If your question needs a photograph of the space, send one.
