Terms of sale
1. Seller. Calnido is the trading name of Fares SALAH, sole trader registered in France - SIRET 889 695 599 00015 - 37 rue Edouard Herriot, 93190 Livry-Gargan, France - contact@calnido.com - +33 7 84 96 67 08.
2. Product. One product: an outdoor cat enclosure, 1.8 x 1.8 x 1.8 m, described on its product page from the factory's written specifications - dimensions, materials, contents of the carton, and what we do not know. Some images and videos on this site are made with AI: the garden scenes, the tabby cat, the furniture and the accessory examples. In them the enclosure is redrawn by the software, so details such as the hammock straps, the uprights or the blue base band can differ from the enclosure you receive. What you buy is what the written description and the packing list say. The close-ups of the net, the zip, the tubes and the carry bag, and the films marked as filmed by the factory, show the real enclosure.
3. Price. Prices are shown in Australian dollars for Australian customers. Nothing more is collected from you on delivery: no duty, no tax, no fee. Delivery is included or shown separately as set out in the shipping policy, always before you pay.
4. Order and payment. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Payment is made once, in full, when you order. We never offer instalments, credit or deferred payment.
5. Delivery. See the shipping policy. The delivery date is written on your order confirmation. If we miss it you choose between more time and a full refund.
6. Cancelling before dispatch. You may cancel at no cost until your carton has left the warehouse. Email us; you are refunded in full.
7. Returns, faults and refunds. See the refund and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Warranty and your legal rights. One year against rust, as set out in the refund and returns policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
9. Use. The enclosure is made for normal wind and light to moderate rain. It has no wind rating. Take it down when a storm is forecast. The ground stakes hold on grass or soil, not on concrete. Do not leave a cat in it unattended in extreme heat.

11. Law and complaints. Write to us first: most problems are settled by one email. These terms are governed by French law; nothing in them removes the protection of the Australian Consumer Law or of the mandatory laws of the place where you live. You may also contact the consumer protection agency of your state or territory.
