Changing your mind

This form lets you cancel your order in writing, free of charge, without creating an account. It is available at all times.

You can cancel at no cost until your carton has left the warehouse: you are refunded in full. After that we do not accept returns for a simple change of mind - the carton comes by sea from China and cannot sensibly travel back. This does not limit what we commit to if something is damaged, faulty, late or refused by your council, nor your rights under Australian law. Read the full policy.
